If you want to work on an image, make sure to rename it so that you don't delete the original.

Do:

1)   file

2)   save as

Make sure the image is saved as a .jpg

Shortcut keys:

command/control s = save often and regularly

control, option, z = step backward

control l = levels (lighting)

with levels, we can color manage the photos.

staked tools. Tools that are stacked on each other. left click and hold to display more tools

DPI - Dots

PPI - Pixels

Use grayscale

image>Mode>Grayscale
